My sister is threatening to kill herself and is using Meth. She lives in Texarkana, TX. I live in Minnesota. We lost our mother 4 years ago and she never recovered from the loss. She says when she uses it takes away the pain and she doesn't worry about anything. We need help. She has no insurance and we can't get her to leave the area.

I am in need of finding a drug rehab in the Clermont County area for a friend of mine. She has agreed to go but I was unable to find a place that would take her over the weekend.
